Well seeing as though I've lived there for a number of years there's always great music just check the local paper for this weekends events then there's the Austin bats..about sunset they come out in hundreds from under the bridges near pflugerville a suburb of austin. Also if you can find it there's a little suburb called round rock within austin if you take the exit to sam bass road there's a little set of falls along with a park behind I beleive a bingo hall.
